Worn Alchemy takes great care in packaging orders securely. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services. Registered or tracked shipping is recommended where available.
Returns
At Worn Alchemy, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and often one of a kind. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, we ask that you choose carefully.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Wear & Care
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care (including exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or impact) is not considered a fault.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty.
Custom & Bespoke Pieces
Custom or bespoke pieces made specifically for you are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Handcrafted Nature
All Worn Alchemy pieces are handmade. Variations in shape, size, colour, and texture are part of the design and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Materials
We use a range of materials including freshwater pearls, gemstones, shells, and metals such as sterling silver, gold-plated, and gold-filled components. Natural inclusions and irregularities are inherent characteristics, not flaws.
Product Care
To ensure longevity, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Proper care is the responsibility of the customer.
